1. License Grant and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets for personal and/or commercial projects, subject to the terms outlined below. You may customize, modify, or adapt the assets as desired, including the creation or upload of derivative works such as custom or cloneable avatars in VRChat.

2. Definition of Assets

“Assets” include, but are not limited to, all files contained within the distributed package, including Unity packages, Blender files, Substance Painter files, and any associated content provided at the time of purchase.

3. Restrictions on Distribution and Sharing

You may not distribute, share, give away, sublicense, re-upload, or otherwise make available any of the assets to individuals or entities who have not independently purchased and paid for the assets.

Re-selling or re-uploading the avatar or any included assets in a manner that allows others to access the files without purchasing them is strictly prohibited. This includes both free and paid redistribution. You are responsible for safeguarding the assets and ensuring they are not shared in violation of these terms.

4. Support of Artists

Users are expected to act in good faith to support the original creators and artists by respecting these licensing terms and avoiding unauthorized distribution.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the avatar and associated assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the seller.

Additional Provisions

6. Third-Party Texture Services

The Substance Painter files are the only file permitted to be shared with third-party texture artists or services, and only if you have legally purchased the base assets. No other files may be shared for texturing purposes.

7. Third-Party Model Editing Services

When utilizing third-party modeling or editing services, both the client and the service provider must have independently purchased the base assets before any files are shared. Sharing assets with individuals who have not purchased the base is not permitted under any circumstances.
